Reason for dividend payment

Our basic policy for profit distribution is to return profits to shareholders in accordance with the status of our earnings, and we aim to achieve long-term growth, balancing capital efficiency and financial soundness. In addition to the dividend payout ratio, the Company has introduced a dividend on equity (DOE) ratio with a minimum limit of 5%, starting with the year-end dividend for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024. Based on this policy, we have decided to pay a year-end dividend of 63 yen per share for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025. Since an interim dividend of 63 yen per share has already been paid, the annual dividend will be 126 yen per share.
