NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING
Pursuant to the provisions of the Issuers' Rules of Nigerian Exchange Limited ('The Exchange'), NOTICE is hereby given that a meeting of the Audit Committee of Jaiz Bank Plc ('the Bank*) has been scheduled to hold on Tuesday, 30'h April, 2026, at 11:00a.m.
The meeting will consider the 1* Quarter (01) Unaudited Financial Statements (UFS) of the Bank for the period ended 31* March 2026.
Consequently, in compliance with the Provisions of Rule 17.18 (a): Closed Period Rulebook of the Exchange, 2015 (Issuers' Rule) as amended, the Bank still maintains the closed period it commenced on Thursday 1* January 2026 and this will remain until twenty-four (24) hours after the release of the Bank's 2025 Audited Financial Statement to the Nigerian Exchange Limited and by extension, the general public.
During the period, all insiders of the Bank and their connected persons are restricted from dealing in the Shares of the Bank.
