PRESS RELEASE - SENIOR MANAGEMENT APPOINTMENTS IN JAIZ BANK PLC
In accordance with Nigeria Exchange Limited (NGX) Rulebook, Jaiz Bank Plc (the Bank) hereby notifies NGX and ke General Public of the following developments in the Bank:
Appointment of Chief Compliance Officer (CCO)The Bank hereby announces the appointment of Tukur Galadima as the Chief compliance Officer (CCO) of the Bank. The appointmenthas been duly approved by the Central Bank of Nigeria effective December 1*, 2025.
Tukur Galadima Ph.D. is an esteemed legal professional. He holds both Master's and Ph.D. degrees in Law from Ahmadu Bello University %BU), Zaria, and brings over 20 years of experience spanning regulatory compliance, financial law, and governance across government institutions, central banking, and private legal practice.
He served in various managerial capacities at the Central Bank of Nigeria, culminating in his role as Assistant Director, before resigning in 2024. Throughout his career, he has participated in numerous executive and professional development programs, both locally and internationally.
Prior to his appointment,Mr. Galadima was engaged in private legal practice as the Principal Partner at Cloud and Stones Legal Practice.
