Notice of Election of Candidates for Directors
istyle, Inc. (the "Company") announces that its Board of Directors today passed a resolution to nominate candidates for Directors as described below, and to submit a proposal on the election to the 25th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held on September 25, 2024.
1. Election of Director Candidates
The terms of office of the six (6) Directors will expire at the conclusion of the 25th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Accordingly, the Company will submit a proposal for shareholder approval with respect to the election of seven (7) Directors (of which three (3) are Outside Directors) for appointment/reappointment.
