Issue of Equity to Vendors of CST Wealth

15 November 2024   BROOKS MACDONALD GROUP PLC (the "Company")   Issue of Equity to Vendors of CST Wealth Management Further to the Company's announcement regarding the acquisition of CST Wealth Management ("CST"), Brooks Macdonald, a leading wealth management firm, announces it has issued 30,102 ordinary shares in the Company ("Consideration Shares"). These shares form part of the consideration for the acquisition and have been issued to the vendors of CST. Admission and Total Voting Rights   Application has been made for the admission of the Consideration Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). The Consideration Shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. It is expected that Admission will become effective and that trading in the new ordinary shares will commence at or around 8.00 am on  21 November 2024.   On Admission, the total number of ordinary shares in the Company will be 16,507,968. The Company does not currently hold any ordinary shares in treasury.
