  THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONTAINS INSIDE INFORMATION FOR THE PURPOSES OF ARTICLE 7 OF REGULATION 596/2014 AS AMENDED AND TRANSPOSED INTO UK LAW IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE EUROPEAN UNION (WITHDRAWAL) ACT 2018 ("UK MAR").   11 February 2026   Seascape Energy Asia plc (the "Company", "Seascape Energy" or "Seascape")   Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights   Seascape Energy, an E&P company focused on Southeast Asia, has applied to the London Stock Exchange for 11,143 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each to be admitted to trading on AIM (" Admission ") following the exercise of share options by a former employee of the Company under Seascape's Long Term Incentive Plan.   It is expected that Admission will become effective on 16 February 2026. The new ordinary shares will, following allotment, rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares.   Following Admission, the Company's issued ordinary share capital will consist of 63,139,111 ordinary shares, with no ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares and voting rights in the Company will be 63,139,111.
