DISSOLUTION OF DORMANT WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY - IPC (HOLDINGS) INC.
The Board of Directors (the "Board") of IPC Corporation Ltd (the "Company" or together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that IPC (Holdings) Inc., a dormant wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States of America had been voluntarily dissolved.
The dissolution of IPC (Holdings) Inc. will not have any material impact on the net tangible assets or earnings per share of the Group for the financial year ended 31 December 2017.
Save for any interests arising by virtue of their shareholding interests in the Company, none of the Company's Directors or substantial shareholders has any direct or indirect interest in the above dissolution.
