Appointment Of Chairman Of The Nominating Committee

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of IPC Corporation Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce the appointment of Mr Lien Kait Long, an Independent Director of the Company as Chairman of the Nominating Committee ("NC") with effect from 1 July 2017.

Following the aforesaid appointment, the NC of the Company now comprises: Lien Kait Long (Independent Director) - Chairman

Lee Soo Hoon Phillip (Independent Director) - Member

Ngiam Mia Je Patrick (Board Chairman and Chief Executive Officer) - Member (Alternate - Ngiam Mia Kiat Benjamin)
