Intesa Sanpaolo S p A : in €231 million financing for the National Strategic Hub

Intesa Sanpaolo, through its IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division, participated in a €231 million financing for the National Strategic Hub (Polo Strategico Nazionale - PSN), as part of a pool with Cassa Depositi e Prestiti and some of Italy's leading banks.

The new financing, which follows the transaction signed in 2024, will enable PSN to continue its growth path by refinancing its existing debt and providing additional resources for the further development of Italy's national cloud infrastructure, in response to the growing number of Public Administrations joining the platform.

In the transaction, IMI CIB, alongside the other financial institutions involved, acted as Structuring Bank, Global Coordinator and Original Mandated Lead Arranger.
