VANCOUVER, June 12 /CNW/ - International KRL Resources Corp. (TSXV:IRK) (the "Company") today announced a non-brokered private placement consisting of up to 10,000,000 units (the "Units") at a price of $0.015 per Unit, for gross proceeds of up to $150,000 (the "Offering"). The Units will be comprised of one common share and one share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share for a period of two years at a price of $0.05 per share for the first year, and at $0.10 per share for the second year.
The Offering is subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance. All securities issued pursuant to the Offering will be subject to a four-month hold period from the closing date. The proceeds from the Offering will be used for general working capital.
