      This represents tfie Company's investment in building and landed property for the purpose of capital appreciation. The investment propenies are stated at fair value, which has been determined based on valuations performed by a qualified estate surveyor. The investment properties were independently yaIued by Messrs Benson Omoruyi & Co ( a registered estate surveyor & valuer) with FRC Number FRC/zot$/NlE5V/ooooooo3a°7as at both September ,oak, based on valuation model in accordance with that recommefided by the International Valuation Standards Committee. Yhe determination affair value of the investment property was supported by market evidence.
