This is to inform you tnat as per the approval of special resolutions passed in the Annual General Meeting Df Intermorket Securities Limited ('the Company') hela on 28th April 2025, the face value of each ordinary share of the Company will be changed from Rupees Ten (Rs. 10/-) to Rupee One (Re. 1/-). Consequently, each existing share of Rs. 10/- will be subdivided into ten (10) ordinary shares of Re. 1/-, witn no change in the rights ana privileges to the shares.
To determine entitlement for the issuance of subdivided shares, the share transfer books of the Company will remain closeo on Saturday, June 14th, 2025. Transfers received in order at fhe office of our Registrar: Mls. F.D. Registrar Limited Suit 1705 - 17th Floor, Saima Trade Tower-A, I.I. Cnundripar Road Karachi-74000, by the close of business on Friday, June 13th, 2025, will be treatea in time for the determination of entitlement.
Accordingly, tne trading in the shares of the Company shall be resumed on Monday, June 16th, 2025, subject to completion of formalities and compliances.
Please find enclosed the Book Closure notice to the shareholders of the Company published in the
issues of The Notion and in Nowo-e-Waqt on May 30th, 2025.

The shareho|ders of |ntermarket Securities Limited (the "Company') are hereby informed that, pursuant to the special resolutions passed at the Annual General Meeting held on April 28, 2025, the face value of each ordinary share of the Company has been changed from Ten Rupees (Rs. 10/-) to One Rupee (Re. I/-). Accordingly, each existing share of Rs. 10/-has been sub-divided into ten {10) ordinary shares of Re. 1/- each. This sub-division does not alter any of the rights or privileges attached to the shares.
To determine entitlement for the issuance of sub-divided shares, the company's share transfer book will remain closed on Saturday, June 14th, 2025. Transfers received in order at the office of the Company's Share Registrar mentioned below by the close of business on Friday, June 13th, 2025, shall be eligible for receiving sub-divided shares of the Company having a face value of Rs. 1/- per share.
Shareholders holding physical share certificates are requested to surrender their original share certificates along with verified transfer deeds (if any) to the Company's Share Registrar, M/s. F.D. ftegistrar Services Limited, Suit # 1705 - 17th Floor, Saima T ade Tower-A, I.I. Chundrigar Road Karachi-74000, after June 13°, 2025, for the exchange or new share certificates.
