The Chief Financial Officer of the Company tendered his resignation on 14.02.2026 as he intends to pursue practice as an Advocate and wishes to apply for enrolment of Bar Council. The resignation was accepted by the Board of Directors, upon recommendation of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee, in its meeting held on 14.02.2026. A disclosure regarding the said resignation was made by the Company on 14.02.2026 and the present disclosure is being made pursuant to email dated 23.05.2026 received from the Listing Compliance Monitoring Team, BSE Limited, intimating that the Resignation Letter of the Chief Financial Officer had not been attached to the disclosure made on 14.02.2026.
