With reference to the intimation of resignation of Company Secretary namely Ms. Radhika Garg dated 05.08.2024 intimated to BSE on 05.08.2024 at 4:27:40PM, a fresh intimation is being furnished with the letter of resignation, which was missed due to an unintentional and clerical oversight on part of the Company.
