Notice Concerning Obtainment of "CASBEE for Real Estate" Certification
Industrial & Infrastructure Fund Investment Corporation ("IIF") announces that three of its properties (IIF Tsuchiura Logistics Center, IIF Toyama Logistics Center and IIF Yokosuka Logistics Center) acquired CASBEE for Real Estate certification on January 23, 2026. The CASBEE certification board is recognized by the Institute for Built Environment and Carbon Neutral for SDGs.
Overview of the CASBEE for Real Estate Certifications
CASBEE (Comprehensive Assessment System for Built Environment Efficiency) is an evaluation system that evaluates and rates buildings and structures in terms of their environmental performance. In addition to each building's ability to reduce its environmental impact across a variety of areas including energy and resource conservation as well as recycling, this system comprehensively evaluates the environmental performance of each building and structure including its aesthetic appeal.
