With reference to above subject, we wish to inform you that in terms of Company " Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders" read with BSE Circular No. List/Comp/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 the Trading Windwo for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed with effect from 1st July 2025 to till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025.
