With reference to above, we hereby inform that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 25th July, 2025. In the said meeting the board has approved the unaudited Standalone Financial Results along with Limited Audit Review thereon from the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025. The Meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 17.15 PM and concluded on 19.45 P.M.
