Pursuant to Reg. 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 , we wish to inform you that the RBI vide its letter dated June 03, 2025 imposed a monetary penalty of Rs. 32,000/- on the Company for non-compliance with directions issued by RBI and NHB as observed during the Statutory Inspection conducted with reference to the financial position of the Company as on March 31, 2023.
