Consequently, the Company's free float (the aggregate of shareholdings representing less than 5% of the share capital) has increased from 9.41% to 14.42%.
The Board of Directors is not aware of any other shareholders holding a direct or indirect position equal to or greater than 5% as of March 19, 2026.

El Consejo de Administración no tiene conocimiento de la existencia de otros accionistas con una posición directa o indirecta igual o superior al 5 % a fecha 19 de marzo de 2026.
