New acquisition of 10 housing units in Hamont-Achel

Inclusio purchased a new residential building in the town of Hamont-Achel (province of Limburg).

The building consists of 10 apartments (6 apartments with two bedrooms and 4 apartments with one bedroom). It is currently occupied by private tenants but it will be progressively taken over by the Social Rental Agency of Noord-Limburg.

This is the first transaction for Inclusio in the province of Limburg and it marks the start of a new partnership with an additional Social Rental Agency (SRA). As of this date, 22 Social Rental Agencies have contracted lease agreements with Inclusio (9 in Brussels, 8 in Flanders and 5 in Wallonia).

Each apartment benefits from its private entrance, which avoids the complexity of managing common charges.

The annual rent is approximately 60,000 EUR (or +/- 500 EUR per month per apartment).
