OTTAWA, May 21 /CNW Telbec/ - In-Touch Survey Systems Ltd. ("In-Touch" TSX-Venture: INX) announced today that the release of 2008 audited financial report has been delayed further and is now expected to be released within the next ten business days. The additional delay is again dependent on the unexpected complexities regarding the completion of the audit.
In-Touch reports that as of this date there are no new material issues or changes relating to the delay in releasing the annual financial report or any other corporate matters. Pursuant to standard disclosure rules and regulations the company will continue to comply as required during the period of the delay.
As previously announced, In-Touch will follow the NP 12-203 Cease Trade Orders for Continuous Disclosure Defaults policy of the OSC.
The TSX Venture Exchange has not reviewed the foregoing and has neither
