OTTAWA, May 29 /CNW Telbec/ - In-Touch Survey Systems Ltd. ("In-Touch" TSX-Venture: INX) confirms that it released its 2008 annual financial report on May 28, 2009 correcting the late release default as the report was due to be released on April 30, 2009.
In-Touch reports that as of this date there are no new material issues or changes relating to the delay in releasing the annual financial report or any other corporate matters. During the period of the delayed release, In-Touch followed the NP 12-203 Cease Trade Orders for Continuous Disclosure Defaults policy of the OSC.
The TSX Venture Exchange has not reviewed the foregoing and has neither
