This milestone demonstrates the effective execution of Immobel's business model, focused on value creation through the repurposing and delivery of high-quality, sustainable urban developments. The Muse has been sourced and developed by Immobel, acting as investor, investment advisor and development manager to Immobel Belux Office Development Fund. The project stands as a testament to the Group's ability to deliver best-in-class office environments. Home to the European Defence Agency (EDA), one of Europe's most prestigious institutions, the building has secured a 15-year commitment from its tenant, a powerful endorsement of its exceptional quality and enduring appeal. The transaction comprises the sale of the shares of The Muse's holding company to Easternmed Real Estate Capital, together with the sale of receivables, arising from the EDA's dedicated fit-out reimbursements, to vdk bank.A contemporary landmark in the European Quarter Recently delivered in April 2026,The Muse offers approx. 10,500 m² of prime office space designed to the highest standards of sustainability, flexibility and occupant wellbeing.
