Immobel and Fort Partners have consolidated and secured full control of the Marbella land interests, marking a decisive land-control milestone for the future Four Seasons Marbella project. The transaction now moves into a clear and executable phase and materially strengthens the ownership and execution framework of one of Europe's rare large-scale beachfront luxury developments. Four Seasons Marbella is conceived as a world-class Mediterranean branded residential and hospitality destination, combining a low-density mix of luxury uses across the site, including approximately 40 apartments, 54 townhouses, 33 villas and a 105-key main Four Seasons hotel. The programme is complemented by beach clubs, curated food-and-beverage concepts, sports and wellness amenities, and selected cultural and educational elements, all within a carefully designed coastal landscape. The master plan has been shaped by an international design team including Meier Partners. The site extends over approximately 32 hectares with around 750 metres of direct coastline access and benefits from the Four Seasons hotel as hospitality anchor, located roughly 3 kilometres from Marbella's Old Town and positioning it among the few remaining ultra-prime beachfront opportunities of this scale on the Mediterranean coast. Four Seasons is one of the world's most recognised luxury hospitality brands, with a strong record in both hotels and branded residences. The project has the support of key local stakeholders and is widely regarded as one of Spain's most anticipated luxury developments, expected to reinforce Marbella's position as a leading Mediterranean destination for high-end hospitality and residential living once delivered. The project is well advanced from a planning perspective, with the Plan Parcial (the applicable planning instrument) in place, the urbanisation framework substantially progressed, and the next steps focused on final land administration, reparcelling, building permits, further detailed design and phased execution. Drawing on eight years of intensive planning, coordination and regulatory work, the current status reflects a mature and de-risked planning basis. Commercialisation of the residential programme is planned to start in 2027.
