Dear Sir,
Due to resignation of our Head of finance and accounts, the Company will be in a position to present the subject financial statement, after limited review by the external Auditors, before the Board by March 30, 2025, for their approval and to complete other corporate formalities in relation to filing of financial statements with the SECP, PSX posting of the same on the website of the Company.
You are, therefore, requested to grant us an extension in the period for transmitting Half Yearly Financial Statements (2"d Quarter) to the SECP and PSX and posting on the website of the Company for a period of 28 days, till March 30, 2025 as a special case.
An affidavit duly signed and notarized along with paid challan of Rs. 1,025/- being application processing fee are attached herewith.
