We wish to inform you that we are in receipt of trading approval letters for issuance of Equity Shares from BSE Limited as mentioned below: 1. Trading of 40,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to be issued at par bearing distinctive numbers from 150001 to 4150000 issued to Promoter on a preferential basis pursuant to conversion of warrants. 2. Trading of 26,64,03,280 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to be issued at par bearing distinctive numbers from 4150001 to 270553280 issued to Promoters and Non-Promoters on a preferential basis pursuant to share swap.
