It handles wholesale, retail, e-commerce and outlet flows, and expansion capacity built into the facility. ‌The operation manages all Ami Paris product categories: folded ready-to-wear, hanging ready-to-wear, leather goods, accessories and footwear. ‌6N ORG6NIZ6TION 6ĮIGNED WITH HIGH END I6SHION ‌The site operates Monday to Friday in two shifts and employs 51 team members, recruited locally as well as from the nearby ID Logistics site specializing in luxury logistics. ‌To streamline operations and enhance reliability, ID Logistics has implemented a fully mechanized unit picking area. B2B and B2C packing stations equipped with automatic box forming and sealing machines have also been installed, along with an end-of-line sorter, a secure hanging garment area, and full digital flow monitoring through the Reflex WMS. ‌This setup improves picking accuracy, shipment quality and the management of volumes during seasonal peaks. Operations are managed daily with Ami Paris through shared reporting and close governance.
