About this update from Id Logistics Group

Press release February 16th 2026 PepsiCo and ID Logistics inaugurate a new-generation logistics site in Dourges (Hauts-de-France) @ PepsiCo & ID Logistics PepsiCo France, the French subsidiary of PepsiCo, a global leader in the food and beverage sector, and ID Logistics, an international leader in contract logistics, inaugurated the multimodal logistics platform in Dourges (62), located at the heart of the Delta 3 hub, on February 12th. Operational since October 2025, the site has been designed to sustainably support PepsiCo's growth in France and embodies the environmental and operational transformation of its supply chain, particularly for the savoury snacks segment. This site marks a new milestone in the partnership that has united the two companies for more than fifteen years. A STRATEGIC SITE FOR A REORGANIZED LOGISTICS STRUCTURE Located within the 136,000 sqm Delta 3 multimodal platform - including 56,000 sqm dedicated to PepsiCo operations - the Dourges site has capacity for up to 52,000 pallets and has 55 loading docks. Already operational since October 2025, it is now a central hub in the Group's logistics organization and replaces the historic Libercourt site. The facility has been sized to support the growth of PepsiCo's snack brands (Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos and Benenuts) and to meet increased customer expectations in terms of service quality, flexibility and customization. INNOVATION SERVING RELIABILITY AND OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY The Dourges site, operated by ID Logistics on behalf of PepsiCo France, is equipped with management and performance monitoring tools, providing real-time visibility over flows, capacity and operations. The site also combines several automation and digitalization solutions designed to secure flows and improve productivity: automated docks - handling 70% of inbound flows - autonomous vehicles for internal transport, and real-time traceability solutions (Free Scan, UWB). Custom-designed equipment for PepsiCo France completes the system, notably pallet-cutting lines intended to preserve product quality and improve workstation ergonomics. Finally, the Dourges site integrates the ASTRID autonomous inventory robot (Autonomous Stock Taking Robot by ID Logistics), developed by ID Logistics and already deployed at several ID Logistics Group sites. Capable of scanning up to 5,000 pallets per hour, this robot performs automated and continuous rack inventory counts without interrupting operations and in full co-activity with on-site teams. This solution strengthens inventory accuracy, secures stock control processes, and improves service levels, while allowing teams to focus on higher value-added tasks. A BENCHMARK SITE IN ENVIRONMENTAL PERFORMANCE Located at the heart of a hub connected to road, rail and inland waterway networks, the Dourges site promotes the development of combined transport, in line with the environmental ambitions of both partners. This multimodality setup, combined with the progressive electrification of logistics flows - including five electric trucks and five heavy-duty charging stations installed on site - significantly reduces transport-related emissions. To date, nearly 70% of PepsiCo's transport operations in France are low-carbon, generating savings of 14,254 tonnes of CO₂ in 2025 compared to a 100% diesel transport plan. This performance positions France as PepsiCo's leading country in Europe for low-carbon logistics. The Dourges site was designed in line with demanding environmental standards in order to achieve BREEAM Excellent certification. It incorporates the largest single-roof solar power installation in Europe (128,568 sqm of solar panels), optimized energy management with partial self-consumption planned, as well as a rainwater harvesting system, helping to limit the site's environmental footprint. " The Dourges site is not just a new warehouse. It is a strategic tool that enables us to support the growth of our brands, better serve our customers and accelerate the transformation of our supply chain, particularly in terms of decarbonization ," said Laurent Kamiel, Supply Chain Transformation Director, PepsiCo Western Europe " The Dourges platform is now a fully operational site, designed to absorb significant volumes while ensuring reliability and service continuity. This inauguration reflects the collective work carried out with PepsiCo France around a robust and pragmatic logistics organization ," said Frédéric Grenier, General Manager of ID Logistics France. TEAMS AND THE REGION AT THE HEART OF THE PROJECT The Dourges site relies on the commitment of its teams: all employees from the Libercourt site have joined the Dourges platform, ensuring continuity of expertise and operational stability. Specific training supported the upskilling required by the new tools and processes. Through its location and workforce, the site fully contributes to the economic vitality of the Hauts-de-France region. *** More pictures to download here : https://fromsmash.com/fwVoIc1HKF-ct Press contacts PepsiCo France [email protected] Manon Haré - 07.82.96.92.39 Léa Bacqué - 06 83 96 10 57 ID Logistics Agence Rumeur Publique Jérôme Saczewski - Mélina Tréhin - Robin Gorizian Tel. 06 78 54 02 91 - [email protected] About PepsiCo PepsiCo products are enjoyed by consumers more than one billion times a day in more than 200 countries and territories around the world.
