In accordance with Clause 5.6.1 (a) of the PSX Rule Book and Sections 96 & 131 of the Securities Act, 2015, it is hereby disclosed that the hoard ofDirectors of the Ibrahim Fibres Limited (the Company) at its meeting held on December 29, 2025 at 12:00 P.M. at l-Ahmad Block New Garden 7 own, Lahore, has approved the following appointments in the Board and changes in Doard Committees, with effect from lJeeember 29, 2025:

Director, Chairman and CEO Appointments:

  1. Mr. Mohammad Naccm Mukhtar, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, has been re-designated as a Non-Executive Director and appointed as the Chairman of the hoard in place of the late Mr. Sheikh Mukhtar Ahmad.

  2. Mr. Muhammad Wasccm Mukhtar, currently serving as Executive Director, has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer inplace of thc existing CEO Mr. Mohammad Naeem Mukhtar.

  3. Mr. Abdul IIamccd Bhutta, currently serving as Non-Executive Director, has been re-designated to 1.xccutivc Director of the Company.

  4. Mr. Mohammad Waqar, has been co-opted to the Board as Non-Executive Director for the remaining term to fill thc casual vacancy created due to sad demise ofMr. Sheikh Mukhtar Ahmad.

  1. Mr. Muhammad Wasccm Mukhtar, has been appointed as member and Chairman of the Risk Management Committee inplace of the member Mr. Mohammad Naeem Asghar.
  2. Mr. Mohammad Naeem Mukhtar, an existing member of the Nomination Committee, has been appointed as the Chairman of the Nomination committee.
  3. Ms. Sarah Naeem, has been appointed as member of the Nomination Committee in place of the late Mr. Sheikh Mukhtar Ahmad.
  4. Ms. Sarah Naeem, has been appointed as member and Chairperson of the Human Resource & Remuneration Committee.
