This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at 10:00 a.in. at the Company's Head Office, 9" Floor, Ocean Tower, Block-9, Main Clifton Road, Karachi, to consider and approve the annual financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2025.
The Company has declared the "Closed Period" from Wednesday, August 27, 2025 to Wednesday, September 3, 2025 (both days inclusive). As required under Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly/indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
