SUBJECT: BOARD MEETING - THE HUB POWER COMPANY LIMITED

This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, October 30, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., at the Company's Head Office, 9thFloor, Ocean Tower, Block-9, Main Clifton Road, Karachi, to consider and approve the quarterly financial statements of the Company for the period ended September 30, 2025 and for declaration of any entitlement.
The Company has declared the "Closed Period" from Thursday, October 23, 2025 to Thursday, October 30, 2025 (both days inclusive). As required under Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly/indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
