Announcement of HNFHC and major subsidiaries' unaudited consolidated income in September 2024

HNFHC posted a consolidated income before tax of NT$2,004mn, after tax of
NT$1,586mn for the month. Accumulated consolidated income before tax was
NT$22,390mn, and after tax was NT$17,852mn for the month ended September
2024. Year-to-date EPS after tax was NT$1.30, book value per share was
NT$15.85.

Earnings breakdown by major subsidiaries：
HNCB posted a consolidated income before tax of NT$1,887mn, after tax of
NT$1,510mn for the month. Accumulated consolidated income before tax was
NT$19,891mn and after tax was NT$16,256mn for the month ended September
2024. Year-to-date EPS after tax was NT$1.56, book value per share was
NT$22.82.
