Announcement of HNFHC and major subsidiaries' unaudited consolidated income in October 2024

HNFHC posted a consolidated income before tax of NT$2,164mn, after tax of
NT$1,749mn for the month. Accumulated consolidated income before tax was
NT$24,554mn, and after tax was NT$19,601mn for the month ended October
2024. Year-to-date EPS after tax was NT$1.42, book value per share was
NT$15.77.

Earnings breakdown by major subsidiaries：
HNCB posted a consolidated income before tax of NT$2,098mn, after tax of
NT$1,732mn for the month. Accumulated consolidated income before tax was
NT$21,990mn and after tax was NT$17,988mn for the month ended October
2024. Year-to-date EPS after tax was NT$1.72, book value per share was
NT$22.72.
