(hereafter: the Bank) announces that on May 9, 2025, the General Assembly of the Bank was held, where the Information for the General Assembly from agenda item 2 and the Reports from agenda items 3 and 4 were acknowledged and all proposed Resolutions from Agenda were made, as follows: Resolutions from Agenda items 5 to 13 were made in accordance with the proposals for resolutions of the Management Board and/or the Supervisory Board of the Bank, which were published with the Invitation to the Shareholders about the convocation of the General Assembly on April 1, 2025 on website of the Bank https://www.hpb.hr , the Court Register of the Commercial Court in Zagreb, the Zagreb Stock Exchange Inc., in the Officially Prescribed Information Register (SRPI) maintained by HANFA, and through HINA, Resolutions from Agenda items 14 and 15 were made in accordance with the proposals for resolutions of the shareholder REPUBLIC OF CROATIA, which were included in the Agenda in accordance with the received request for the Supplement to the Agenda for General Assembly of the Bank, published by the Bank with proposed resolutions on April 11, 2025 on website of the Bank https://www.hpb.hr , the Zagreb Stock Exchange Inc., in the Officially Prescribed Information Register (SRPI) maintained by HANFA, through HINA and on April 12, 2025 on website of the Court Register of the Commercial Court in Zagreb.
