The Board of Directors of HRnetGroup Limited (the Group) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Lim Lian Soon as Independent Non-Executive Director of the Group with effect from 1 May 2026. He will serve as Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Mr. Lim brings over four decades of experience in audit, taxation, corporate governance and financial management. He has held senior leadership roles, including Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Sin Ghee Huat Corporation Ltd. (now known as HH Stainless Pte. Ltd.). He also served as an Independent Director and board committee chairman/member of listed companies.

Mr. Lim spent most of his career as an audit and tax partner at Lee Yeok Chai & Co. The firm later became part of the CA Trust Group, where he served as Director from 2013 to 2017. He is currently a consultant with Corporate Outsource Pte. Ltd. He is familiar with the Group, having previously acted as audit and tax partner for certain HRnetGroup subsidiaries prior to the Group's 2017 Initial Public Offering (IPO).

Mr. Lim is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK). He is a Life Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and the Singapore Institute of Directors, and is also an Accredited Tax Advisor in Singapore. He has served on advisory and oversight bodies, including the Institute of Technical Education's Business and Services Academic Advisory Committee, the Complaints and Inquiry Panel under the Public Accountants Oversight Committee, and the ACCA Singapore Local Executive Committee.

Mr. Lim has been a part-time lecturer since 1975. He has conducted continuing professional education and in-house training for government agencies and corporations. His areas include internal audit, fraud, corporate governance, taxation and financial management.
