INTERIM DIVIDEND
The Board of Directors of HRnetGroup Limited (the "Company") is pleased to declare an interim tax exempt (one-tier) dividend of 1.87 Singapore cents per ordinary share (the "Dividend") for the financial year ending 31 December 2024. The Dividend approved by the Directors on 12 August 2024 will be paid on 11 September 2024.
NOTICE OF BOOKS CLOSURE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed from 5.00 p.m. on 4 September 2024 for the purpose of determining members' entitlements to the interim tax exempt (one-tier) dividend of 1.87 Singapore cents per ordinary share for the financial year ending 31 December 2024.
Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. at 1 Habourfront Avenue, #14-07 Keppel Bay Tower, Singapore 098632, up to 5.00 p.m. on 4 September 2024 will be registered to determine members' entitlements to the Dividend.
Members whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with ordinary shares in the capital of the Company as at 5.00 p.m. on 4 September 2024 will be entitled to the Dividend.
