Domestic sales remain strong, but Europe, led by Germany, is sluggish

Both net sales and profit decreased compared to the record-high previous fiscal year
We reduced SG&A expenses by 1.3 billion yento offset the revenue shortfall

Aftersales secured stable bookings, although bookings for large projects continue to be delayed.

Although large projects were concluded in the current period, net sales decreased due to a reactionary decrease following strong performance in the previous period in U.S.A..
