The Board of Directors of Hong Leong Asia Ltd. (the 'Company') wishes to announce that China Xinfei Appliances Limited ('CXA'), an indirect wholly-owned dormant subsidiary of the Company incorporated in Bermuda, which has not been carrying on business nor is in operation, has been struck off the Register of Companies, Bermuda pursuant to the Notice issued by the Registrar of Companies, Bermuda on 16 August 2019 by virtue of Section 261(5) of the Companies Act 1981 of Bermuda.
