The following change to the shareholding of Mrs S J Harper has been notified
to the company today as a result of a legacy from a deceased shareholder.
Mrs Harper's shareholding has increased by 400,055 ordinary 10p shares, 1.08%
of the issued share capital. Her total shareholding is now 3,395,055 ordinary
10p shares, 9.18% of the issued share capital.
