Before we begin, as usual, we would just like platform. And I'd now like to hand you over to the executive management team from NICHOLS PLC. Andrew, good afternoon, sir. Thank you very much. Good morning, everybody. I'm Andrew, the CEO, and I'm joined here with Matt Rothwell, our CFO. Firstly, thank you very much for taking the time to dial in today. And first, I just wanted to say we are absolutely delighted to have been able to announce earlier this week that we have acquired the Witit brand, which we believe will be a transformational addition to our portfolio and allows us to accelerate our growth, enhance shareholder returns and is a key pillar of our strategic intent. And what I would say before we just kick off is we have really taken our time to find the right acquisition, one that's operating in the fast growing health and wellness category, with an already strongly established distribution footprint, strong level of sales, profit and contribution. So what we'll now do over the next few slides is I will just, talk to you about the rationale for the acquisition and why we've made it.
