In accordance with Clause 5.6.9 (b) of the PSX Rule Book, please find enclosed herewith a copy of captioned notice to the shareholders of Hoechst Pakistan Limited, prior to its publication in newspapers.
The appended notice will be published in newspapers namely Business Recorder [English] and Nawa-i-Waqt [Urdu] on Tuesday, April 14, 2026.

NOTICE is hereby given that the shares/dividends
issued by Hoechst Pakistan Limited (hereinañer the Company) details whereof are appearing on the Company s website www.hoechst.com.pk under Investor Resources/ being remained unclaimed for a
period of three years (and above) from the date these
have become due and payable.
THAT notices were sent by registered post/courier on the last known addresses of the shareholders to submit
their claims for the captioned within ninety days with the Companys Share Registrar in compliance with
Section 244 of the Companies Act, 2017 (the Act).
THAT the Company hereby invites claims from the shareholders, who have not yet responded to the aforementioned notice, to be lodged within ninety
days from the date of publication of this notice with the Companys Share Registrar, FAMCO Share
Registration Services (Pvt.) Limited. In case no claim
is received within the given period, the Company shall proceed to comply in light of the provisions as are prescribed and stipulated in the Act.
