Pursuant to the Regulations 24A of SEBI LODR,2015, as the paid-up capital and net worth of company is below Rs 10 Cr and Rs 25 Cr respectively the company is not required to submit the Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for the Financial year ending March 2026.
