The Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for the Designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from Thursday, the 01st January, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine months ending 31st December, 2025.
