Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulation, 2015 as amended from time to time, we wish to inform that Mr. Raj Nitin Somani, Chief Financial Officer ( KMP) of Company be relieved from the duties and office of the chief financial officer (CFO) of the company with effect from September 3, 2025 and the board has appointed Mr. Manoj Somani as the Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company with effect from September 3, 2025.
