Credit of Interim Cash Dividend | |||
Haleon Pakistan Limited ("Company") is please to announce that the interim cash dividend of Rs. 10.00 per share (100%), as declared by the Board of Directors on 26 August 2025, has been credited electronically on 12 September 2025 into the designated bank accounts of those shareholders who have provided their copies of valid Computerised National Identity Cards (CNIC) and International Bank Account Number (IBAN), along with complete details. In case of non-provision of valid IBAN / CNIC of shareholder(s), the Company has withheld dividend in compliance with the requirements of the Companies Act, 2017 and the Companies (Distribution ofDividends) Regulations, 2017.
