Further to the Company's letter dated 17 April 2025, this is to inform you that Mr. Farhan Muhammad Haroon has resigned as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director from the Board of Directors of Haleon Pakistan Limited with effect from 1 June 2025.
Mr. Qawi Naseer has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director with effect from 1 June 2025.
