This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday 29th April, 2026 at 11:30 a.m., at registered office of the company i.e., 97, Alliance Building, 2nd Floor, Mooljee Street, Mereweather Tower, Karachi to consider the 3 Quarter Accounts for the period ended 31'h March, 2026 for declaration of any entitlement.

The Company has declared the "Closed Period" from 22nd April, 2026 to 29'h April, 2026 as required under Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
