About this update from M.p. Evans Group Plc

M. P. EVANS GROUP PLC ("THE GROUP") 2026 H1 crop and production M.P. Evans Group PLC, a producer of sustainable Indonesian palm oil, is pleased to announce the following crop and production information for the six months ended 30 June 2026.     H1 2026 Increase/  (decrease)   H1 2025 Tonnes %  Tonnes Crop of fresh fruit bunches ("ffb") Own crops 537,500 13  473,700 Scheme-smallholder crops 167,900 15  145,400 Group harvested 705,400 14  619,100 Independent crops purchased 92,800 (22) 118,600 798,200 8  737,700 Production* Crude palm oil ("CPO") 192,300 11 172,800 Palm kernels ("PK") 42,100 11 37,900 *- figures include production from the Group's crop sold to third-party mills. The total crop of ffb harvested by the Group in the first half of 2026 from the areas managed by it was 705,400 tonnes, 14% higher than in the same part of 2025. The Group has enjoyed crop increases across almost all its estates during the first half of the year, whilst at the same time benefiting from an encouraging yield from the areas acquired at Bumi Mas in the second half of last year. Excluding the newly acquired areas, the Group's own harvest increased by 9%. Crops purchased from independent suppliers continue to supplement the Group's own harvests to increase the total amounts processed in Group mills. However, the amount purchased is, once again, being reduced as the Group's harvest increases, which benefits both the overall cost and quality of mill inputs. The Group continues to achieve strong extraction rates for both CPO and PK, both of which have increased when compared to the first half of 2025. In the period to the end of June 2026, CPO prices remained strong and the Group realised an average price at mill gate of US$873 per tonne, a little higher than the US$868 in the first half of 2025. PK pricing was robust in the first half of the year and Group sales averaged US$813 per tonne (mill gate), 9% higher than the US$747 per tonne in 2025.   Enquiries   M.P.
