18 November 2020 ASX On-Line Manager Company Announcements Australian Securities Exchange Dear Sir Extension of Syndicated Banking Facility GWA advises it has successfully completed the extension of its syndicated banking facility which comprises a single three year multicurrency revolving facility of $227 million and which now matures in November 2023. GWA acknowledges the ongoing support of its banking group, comprising of Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited, Commonwealth Bank of Australia and The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Sydney Branch. GWA's separate one year multicurrency revolving bilateral facility of $40 million with Commonwealth Bank of Australia was recently extended to October 2021.
