Pursuant to Regulations 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today i.e., Wednesday, 5th February, 2025, could not come to conclusion on the subject matter of Stock Split/sub-division of the equity shares of the company due to some technical and unavoidable circumstances.
